IS cardio enough? Is working out enough to help you meet your weight loss goals? This is the question of the hour – of every hour for eternity it seems. Some people workout tirelessly without success and blame the exercise for their failure to lose weight. But yet they eat whatever they want and don’t consider it to be an issue.
You need to have a healthy balance of both diet and exercise in order to lose weight. One of the girls I train with wasn’t losing any weight with exercise alone until she told me that she went to skinny fiber reviews from the official website online. She said these skinny fiber pills helped her eat less throughout the day. The fact of the matter is that the MORE calories you consume, and if you consume more than you are burning, you won’t be losing weight. That’s just science. And fiber can really help you lose weight. You need to burn more either by eating less or by exercising more and that way you will start to see rapid weight loss. After 2 weeks, you will notice small changes in your body, and bigger changes after 4 weeks. Rome wasn’t built in a day, remember that!
My friend/client normally was always hungry and these hunger pains were the driving force behind her eating a lot of junk food. But skinny fiber helped her feel less hungry throughout the day which lead to her eating way less food and losing a lot of weight. Of course this is just one of many options for a person wanting to lose weight.
Other people prefer to just cut out sugar or high fat foods and stick to eating leafy green vegetables, steamed or broiled fish and brown rice. I get super bored of foods like that, so I am more likely to eat steak and potatoes and just do an extra 30 minutes of exercise each night on top of my regular routine.
There are many forms of exercise you can get including kickboxing, martial arts, running, or any type of sport.
I am also a big fan of home work out videos because you don’t have to waste time changing at the gym, you can just do a quick workout when you wake up before you shower for work and voila, finished!
The most important thing to do is be consistent. Drink plenty of water. Don’t drink too much alcohol and allow yourself the odd day to relax, go out to eat with your friends and don’t feel like you are depriving yourself too much.
Write a list of your favourite low calorie snacks and fill your fridge with options that are not tempting or bad. For example, green apples, low fat yogurt and cottage cheese are all excellent filling options that will satisfy you and also your craving for something sweet. Until next time! 🙂
